Rental Policies at a Glance

Welcome to The Extra Effect Co. LLC! We believe renting event equipment should be simple, convenient, and stress-free. Here’s a quick overview of our rental policies.

Reserving Your Rental

  • Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Your event date is secured once any required payment and/or deposit has been received.
  • Rental inventory is reserved exclusively for your event during the agreed rental period.

Delivery Service Only

The Extra Effect Co. LLC is a delivery-only event rental company.

To provide the best customer experience and ensure our equipment is properly handled, customer pickup and customer returns are not available.

We will:

  • Deliver your rental equipment directly to your event location.
  • Set up your rental items if setup service is purchased.
  • Return at the scheduled pickup time to collect all rental equipment.

An adult (18 years or older) must be present to receive the delivery unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Delivery Fees

Delivery pricing is calculated based on the distance from our service area in North Miami Beach, Florida.

  • Base Delivery Fee (within 10 miles): $35
  • Additional Mileage: $2.00 per mile beyond 10 miles
  • Large Order Transportation Surcharge (when an additional cargo van or larger vehicle is required): Starting at $35

Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout whenever possible.

Setup & Breakdown Services (Optional)

Setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee.

Current rates:

  • Chairs: $1.50 each
  • 6’ Rectangular Tables: $8 each
  • Photo Booth: Included with your Photo Booth rental

Premium Delivery Services

Need accommodations outside our standard delivery schedule?

  • Early Morning Delivery (before 8:00 AM): +$40
  • Late-Night Pickup (after 9:00 PM): +$40

These services are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Equipment Care

Customers are responsible for all rental equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up by The Extra Effect Co. LLC.

Please protect all equipment from theft, misuse, damage, weather, and unauthorized use.

Weather Policy

For outdoor events, customers are encouraged to have a backup plan.

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to delay or refuse setup during severe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, flooding, or other unsafe conditions.
