Customer Cancellations
- More than 14 days before the event: Deposit may be transferred to a future available date within one year.
- 7–14 days before the event: Partial refund may be issued, less any non-refundable reservation fee.
- Less than 7 days before the event: Payments are generally non-refundable because inventory has been reserved exclusively for your event.
Weather
Outdoor events are encouraged to have a backup indoor plan.
Weather alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. Rescheduling requests will be considered based on availability.
Business Cancellations
If The Extra Effect Co. LLC must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will receive either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
