Rental Agreement

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

Welcome to The Extra Effect Co. LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Rental Agreement.

Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed-upon delivery time and ends at the scheduled pickup time listed on your order confirmation.

Equipment Responsibility

The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time it is delivered until it is retrieved by The Extra Effect Co. LLC.

The customer agrees to:

Keep equipment in a safe location.
Prevent theft, misuse, vandalism, and damage.
Supervise children around rental equipment.
Return equipment in substantially the same condition it was delivered, excluding normal wear.

Equipment Ownership

All rental equipment remains the exclusive property of The Extra Effect Co. LLC.

Payment

Full payment or the required deposit must be received before delivery.

Outstanding balances must be paid according to the terms of your invoice before services are provided.

Security Deposit

Certain rentals may require a refundable security deposit. Deposits may be withheld partially or entirely for unpaid balances, excessive cleaning, missing items, or damaged equipment.

Customer Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect all equipment upon delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns.

Failure to report issues at delivery will be considered acceptance that equipment was received in satisfactory condition.

Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the delivery location.

Additional labor charges may apply for:

Stairs
Long walking distances
Elevator restrictions
Limited parking
Difficult setup conditions

Weather

Outdoor equipment should not be used during severe weather, high winds, or unsafe conditions.

The Extra Effect Co. LLC reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions present a safety risk.

Photo Booth Rentals

Photo Booth rentals require access to a standard electrical outlet unless otherwise arranged.

Customers are responsible for protecting the equipment from rain, excessive heat, sand, liquids, and unauthorized use.

Acceptance

By placing an order, checking the required agreement box, or signing electronically, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Rental Agreement.
