Liability Waiver
The customer understands that rental equipment involves inherent risks.
By renting equipment from The Extra Effect Co. LLC, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment.
The customer agrees to:
- Operate equipment safely.
- Follow all provided instructions.
- Ensure appropriate adult supervision where necessary.
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, The Extra Effect Co. LLC shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages resulting from misuse, improper installation by others, unauthorized alterations, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Extra Effect Co. LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the customer’s possession or use of rented equipment, except where caused by our own negligence or as otherwise required by law.
This waiver does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
