The Extra Effect Co. LLC – Photo Booth Rental Agreement

Thank you for choosing The Extra Effect Co. LLC! By renting our Photo Booth, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservation & Payment

A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit and/or full payment has been received.

Any remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rental Period

The rental period begins at the scheduled setup time and ends at the agreed pickup time.

Additional rental time requested during the event may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Setup Requirements

The customer agrees to provide:

A level setup area
Access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance
Protection from rain, excessive heat, moisture, and strong winds
Adequate space for guests to safely use the booth

If internet access is required for selected features, the customer is responsible for providing a stable Wi-Fi connection unless otherwise arranged.

Equipment Care

The customer is responsible for the Photo Booth equipment while it is on-site.

Equipment may not be:

Moved without permission
Disassembled
Modified
Used outdoors during unsafe weather
Operated by anyone under 18 without adult supervision

Food, drinks, and liquids must be kept away from all electronic equipment.

Damage or Loss

The customer agrees to reimburse The Extra Effect Co. LLC for repair or replacement costs resulting from:

Negligence
Theft
Vandalism
Misuse
Missing equipment or accessories

Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Image Delivery

Photos, GIFs, Boomerangs, and other digital content will be delivered using the services included with your package (such as SMS, email, AirDrop, QR code, or gallery access, depending on availability).

The Extra Effect Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by poor cellular service, internet connectivity, or third-party technology providers.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to use the Photo Booth respectfully.

The Extra Effect Co. LLC reserves the right to discontinue service if equipment is being intentionally damaged, abused, or used in an unsafe manner.

Liability

The customer assumes responsibility for the safe use of the equipment during the rental period.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, The Extra Effect Co. LLC shall not be responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses arising from misuse of the Photo Booth or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Agreement

By signing electronically or placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Photo Booth Rental Agreement.
