Delivery Policy

The Extra Effect Co. LLC currently offers delivery and pickup service only.

Customer pickup is not available.

Delivery windows are provided before your event.

An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery unless other arrangements have been approved.

Customers are responsible for:

• Accurate delivery information
• Safe delivery access
• Reserved parking when required
• Providing any necessary venue permissions

Additional delivery charges may apply for extended travel distances or difficult access.

Customers should immediately notify us if delivery instructions change.
